The website https://kvartal95.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) is managed by LLC “KVARTAL 95,” registered under EDRPOU code 37663088, a legal entity established and operating under the laws of Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).
The Company highly values the confidentiality of personal information of all visitors to the Website, as well as users of the Website’s services. Accordingly, the Company strives to protect the privacy of personal data (information or a collection of information about an identified or identifiable individual) while providing a comfortable environment for every user to utilize the Website’s services.

Retention Period of Personal Data

Personal data is retained for no longer than is necessary according to the purpose of its processing.
Once the data subject ceases to be a user of the Site by deleting their account on the Site, their personal data is also automatically deleted.

    The user has the right to obtain any information about themselves from any subject involved in personal data relations, provided that they specify their surname, first name, patronymic, place of residence (or stay), and the details of the document that certifies the identity of the person submitting the request, except in cases established by law.

    Delays in providing access to third-party personal data are allowed if the required data cannot be provided within thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request. In this case, the total period for resolving the issues raised in the request cannot exceed forty-five calendar days.
    Notification of the delay must be sent to the third party who made the request in writing, with an explanation of the procedure for appealing such a decision.
    The decision to delay or refuse access to personal data can be appealed to the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for Human Rights or to the court.
