Biography
He was born on September 13, 1973 in Kryvyi Rih. Graduated from the Suvorov Military School. In 1996, he received a diploma of an electrical engineer from the Kryvyi Rih National University. Yurii managed to work in his profession – first at the mine, and then at the Coke Chemical Plant. But at some point, as with other members of “Kvartal”, the KVK took a priority place in Yura’s life. In the «Kvartal 95» studio he has been one of the constant actors of «Vecherniy Kvartal» since its creation. He also starred in the popular programs «Ukraine, Wake Up!”, “Sunday with the Kvartal”, “Fight Club», «Shelter» and many others. He was the host of the science and entertainment program «Mr. Ripley’s Incredible Collection» on the ICTV channel, as well as the host of the “Galileo” project on the K1 channel.
Yurii also starred in movies and series – «Servant Of The People», «Three Musketeers», «Like Cossacs…», «Mityay`s Tales», «1 +1 Home Alone. New Year», «1 + 1 Home Alone. 8th Of March» and others.
Married. He raises his son Kostiantyn together with his wife Liudmyla.
